Custom parts require drawings or 3D models. We support customization of specific parameters including diameter, length, pitch, head type, and thread length.
Material & Strength
Materials can be customized to meet customer requirements:
Strength grades vary by product: 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, and more, to meet diverse operating conditions.
Surface Treatment
Coating thickness can be customized per customer requirements. Salt spray test duration and coating material can be discussed and agreed upon with the customer.
Common treatments include zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide, Dacromet, and hot-dip galvanizing. Coating thickness options: 5-25 μm.

- Salt spray test: ≥72 hours (zinc-plated); duration can be extended as needed.
Delivery & Quotation

- Custom prototyping lead time: 2-4 weeks (depending on drawing complexity)
- Export packaging is rust-proof and moisture-proof (e.g., using moisture-proof paper or wooden crates) to meet sea freight requirements.
- Quotation method: FOB or CIF, including packaging, inland freight, and certification.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts at 3K units, depending on the product.
